Position Purpose:
For our Client, Everise is seeking strong Sales Support Agents, with top-notch communication skills, who want to make a difference in the automotive lives of people everywhere. You must be friendly, with moderate technical aptitude and drive to identify and solve the client's needs. You will use consultative sales as a way to ensure that customers' needs are met.
The programs' goal is to be the best in the world at what we do. The program has an awesome new product that will change the way people think about driving luxury vehicles. Every day presents a new set of challenges that requires quick, critical thinking and relationship building skills.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answer product inquiries from our potential customers via inbound phone calls
- Create amazing experiences and a foundation for continued relationships while identifying and recommending additional products to benefit our customers
- Meet weekly key performance metrics for promoting and selling products and reservations
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:
- A minimum of 1 year in a sales role
- Ability to engage with customer effectively, while navigating multiple internal systems
- Self-awareness and self-motivation, with a strong desire to constantly improve through performance metrics tracking and coaching
- Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent sales and customer service
- Must be technically savvy
- Proficiency on PC + web browsers
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a credit and background check
Work at Home Set-Up Requirements:
Dedicated area to work from in your home
Hard-wired Broadband Internet Service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Wired Ethernet connection 20 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload
- The use of wireless connections to access Everise Work at Home systems at any time is prohibited, even if the connection is encrypted.
- Additionally, Satellite, Microwave and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted.
Headset
- You must supply your own headset. Specific models will be shared during the interview process.
Monitor
- (2) 21" monitor(s). You will supply 1 and Everise will supply 1.
